Am I Really Lost? – Eight week workshop series for a group to aid in reconnecting and recommitting to living authentically and being true to self.

In the face of Anger – Gain a better understanding of anger. Learn how to handle your own or someone else’s, and gain strategies to respond in a positive way.
Fear Be Gone Once and For All – Fear is limiting and keeps one stifled from living one’s best life. Learn more about fear and strategies to push through it.
Forgiveness for Thyself and Others – Explore the topic of forgiveness and the healing that comes to us as we make the choice to forgive ourselves and others who have hurt us. Personal freedom awaits.
Healing an Inside Job – Healing our ingrained belief patterns, limited thinking, perceptions and the emotional baggage we carry around changes our lives. Healing happens from the inside out.
Intentional Living – Learn to become intentional in creating the life you desire. Live a life that matters. What’s next on purpose?
Intuitive Development Series – The power of intuition is something that each of us owns and this class series is about recognizing and developing your intuitive self. (15 sessions)
Finding Joy – Learn to reconnect with the joyful aspects of life. Joy is found in the small and simple things that are a part of day to day living. More joy awaits!
Manifesting Intentions – Create the life of your dreams. Understand the principles of the law of attraction, steps to manifesting that are imperative, and putting visual reminders in place to send energy daily to what is desired.
Mindfulness: Living in the Moment of Now – Integrate the practice of mindfulness and enjoy the benefits of reduced stress, improved memory, greater creativity, being present and an overall feeling of well-being. Live in the now!
I Am My Own Worst Critic – Identify your negative self-talk that keeps you stuck in a state of unhappiness and low self-esteem. Discover how to conquer and tame your inner critic.
Breaking Up with Perfectionism – Let go from the need to be perfect. Discover that you are good enough just the way you are.
Self- Care/Balance – Self-care is not selfish, but necessary to live a full life. Refueling is necessary to be your best self. Choosing to take care of you will bring more balance into your life.
